Natalie was first introduced to yoga at the age of fifteen & instantly fell in love. She took her first yoga class while at a treatment center & was immediately captivated by yoga's ability to offer reprieve from the endless stream of negative self talk that came hand & hand with anorexia. In 2015 Natalie made the choice to withdraw from college & enroll in yoga teacher training. Nine years later, Natalie’s approach to the practice still centers around cultivating body peace & healing through moving meditation, as these became the gateway to her recovery.
Today, Natalie teaches yoga full time in Seattle. Her classes are designed to guide students towards a loving relationship with their unique bodies. She loves a fun fluid flow that emphasizes both effort & ease to help students discover the balance between strength & softness within themselves.
Outside of yoga, some of Natalie’s favorite ways to connect to her body are barre, strength training, & lagree. When she’s not moving, she’s cozied up reading or making new playlists
